Member Support Manager
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages a staff of customer service representatives with the goal of ensuring that members are retained, satisfied, and their needs are fulfilled - above their expectations.
  • Responsible for recommending, designing, and implementing improved processes or operational policies.
  • Recommends changes to the LookLocally.com Web site, products, and services to fulfill Member/Visitor needs.
