What is VelaShape™?
The Velashape™ non-invasive, body shaping and contouring device was created by Syneron, maker of VelaSmooth™, and utilizes the same elos™ technology.
Elos™ technology combines vacuum, mechanical massage, and a combination of infrared light energy and bi-polar radio frequencies to deeply and thoroughly heat skin tissues.
Velashape™ smoothes and firms the skin by reducing “dimpling”, and is safe for all skin types. The VSmooth™ and VContour™ applicators allow for precise targeting of large and small problem areas including thighs, hips, buttocks, and the abdomen.
Velashape™ is the first non-surgical treatment to receive clearance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the temporary reduction of thigh circumference.
