My specialty is working with business owners/entrepreneurs, professionals & people throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth area in work or life transition. Life challenges us all & I bring my success in overcoming obstacles from my personal life to support my clients. With over 25 years in the IT industry with specific experience in Systems Development & Project Management.
As an Executive Coach, I help clients from New York to California and throughout Dallas / Fort Worth identify their unique talents and strengths to achieve maximum results. Each person has different motivators and goals. I work with executives to help them quantify their long term objectives, create goals to reach those objectives, and implement plans to succeed. Successful executives are also well-rounded individuals. I help my clients maintain a balanced life. You are able to manage personal, professional, and community goals while staying on the road to success. Professional business people are often overwhelmed by the multiple responsibilities that fill their lives. I help my clients maintain the balance between professional and personal lives. My clients are able to be well-rounded, accomplished individuals who can take time to appreciate a high quality of life outside of work. As a former vice-president of a major financial institution, I have led management teams, developed strategies, managed numerous projects, and created systems for people and technology.
I worked for large corporations where I supported business clients in developing strategies for enhancing their business - through technology efficiencies. Often, my responsibilities included business coaching & mentoring clients, co-workers & members on my staff, although the term coaching was not used at the time. Additionally, I have a background in working as a Life Coach with adults & young people on developing interpersonal skills through intense workshops.
